MDI Commercial Use License

MDI the Designer…..

The Commercial Use License on this page applies to Mega-Doodle Inspired (the designer) only. It does not apply to other designers in The MDI Store. Refer to their Terms of Use for their rules. This license does not apply to my S4H or PU products.

YES, YOU CAN! And you don’t have to pay for an extra Commercial License to do it!

  1. Can I sell the crafts/products/designs I create with your artwork on my own site and at craft shows? YES, YOU CAN!
  2. Can I sell the crafts/products/designs I create with your artwork on other people’s websites? YES, YOU CAN!
  3. Can I sell patterns I create using your artwork? YES, YOU CAN!
  4. Ok, just so I understand…I can actually use the artwork I purchase? YES, YOU CAN!

I have simple requirements.

Simply put, you must make something new with my designs in order to be able to sell it.

These graphics must be incorporated into something new that you’ve created yourself. In other words, they cannot be resold AS the original graphics you receive. Kits created for the the purpose of resale should not contain more than 50% of the collection purchased
(e.g. if a collection you purchase from me has 10 images, please only use 5 of those images per kit).

Mega-Doodle Inspired Commercial Use License Agreement (May 2009)

YOU MAY:

  • YOU MAY create items for resale as CU, S4H, S4O, and PU.
  • YOU MAY use my commercial use items in CU, S4H, S4O, PU layered templates so long as they are merged with one of your elements/papers.
  • YOU MAY create flattened pages for clients.
  • YOU MAY create web graphics, trademarks, logos, or promote any type of business or personal site using my commercial use products.
  • YOU MAY submit projects for publication. (Please Credit Mega-Doodle Inspired) <– Credit requested for publications, but not required for any other projects.

You MAY NOT:

  • YOU MAY NOT resell my original files. They MUST be modified unless the specific product states otherwise.
  • YOU MAY NOT claim the original graphic as your own.
  • YOU MAY NOT resell similar ‘packages.’ Example: Use one of my actions to create an element package for sale,even if you have modified it.
  • YOU MAY NOT use any of my products as a base to create an action.

DO NOT Share these files with ANYONE. This is considered pirating, and is ILLEGAL!

Mega-Doodle Inspired is not responsible under any circumstances for any loss or damages resulting from the use or inability to use products provided.
